Richardson will only provide exchanges or store credit for items purchased within 14 days of order confirmation. No refunds. Richardson does not cover shipping for exchanges/store credit.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Richardson must receive the items within 7 days of return authorization. All return shipments are to be held responsible by the customer. Accessories, Magazines, and Sale Items are Final Sale. Online items may be exchanged in store with proper proof of order confirmation and invoice. The cost of shipping will be not be calculated in store credit. Orders may not be cancelled, altered or changed once placed. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment.
